1. How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Timeless-Trends ships paid orders within 24 hours of receiving them, Monday thru Friday. If a delay occurs we will notify you immediately.

2. What is your return policy?

Timeless Trends will accept for refund or exchange any wholesale order that is returned to us in new condition within 45 days of shipping. There is a $20.00 restocking fee to cover the accounting cost involved in returning items into inventory and to cover the cost of examining, cleaning, and repackaging the corset.

If the corset is being exchanged, the restocking fee and the new shipping fees will be charged to the credit card used to make the original purchase. If the corset is being returned for a refund the purchase price minus the restocking fee will be be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Each return needs to be accompanied by a return form and a copy of the original invoice.

3. Can a corset help me loose weight?

Along with a healthy diet and proper exercise corsets have been shown to assist in weight loss by constricting the stomach making you feel full sooner. Always consult your physician before starting a new diet.

4. Do you offer custom corsets?

No. We strive to offer corsets at an affordable price while maintaining the highest quality. We could not achieve this doing custom work.

5. Are corsets comfortable?

Yes, a good quality corset like ours is comfortable for most body types. It'll fit snug and is very supportive, feels like a bear hug. Our corsets are made with flexible spiral steel stays so it actual conforms to the natural curves of your body and won't give you that uncomfortable poking feeling like corsets of lesser quality.

6. How do you take your measurement?

To measure your ribcage, wrap a tape measure around your ribcage just below your bustline. To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around your waist one inch above your naval. Refer to our size chart with your specific measurements to determine the best size for you.

Keep in mind that the size of the corset is the actual horizontal measurement through the center of the corset.

7. Do you offer additional laces or ribbons for your corsets?

Our corsets come with the lace or ribbon shown in its photo. We do offer additional laces and ribbon that may be purchased via the Ribbon & Laces link.

8. Will the corset cover my belly?

The corset does cover the belly on most people. If you have a longer torso, then you may have to work at keeping the corset lower on the torso.

9. What if I need expedited/overnight shipping?

UPS offers overnight delivery and USPS offers Express Delivery which is overnight for major metropolitan areas and two days for rural areas. Please allow 24 hours for processing.

10. Are certain corsets more durable than others?

Our corsets are all constructed with 2 layers of high quality cotton twill and 34 pieces of steel* making all of them very durable. The outer layer may consist of a heavy fabric like leather or a lighter fabric like silk. Either way, we are confident enough in our corsets durability that we offer a lifetime guarantee against defects. *Our leather corsets have 28 pieces of steel.

11. What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
